Terms and Conditions

Customer service and satisfaction with our products is very important to us. If a product fall short of this, please get in touch using the "Contact us" page of the website. Please take the time to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase. Customers are entering into a legally binding contract if making purchases from the site. Please be aware of all the terms and conditions.


Once payment has been received items will be made within 48 hours and posted out within the week (usually quicker if no fetes or fairs booked) ( no money is made on postage and packaging and I am quite happy for customers to collect if they prefer or arrange to collect from any public craft fairs I attend as long as 48 hours notice is given) I always obtain proof of postage so should your item go missing I will be able to forward you the proof for you to claim against the post office as this will not be the sellers responsibility. If you would like the parcel to be sent out recorded or registered please contact me on the contact us form first.

Disclaimer - important information about our products
All products have been carefully produced for the purpose they were intended. If you are unhappy upon receipt you may make use of our return policy. Please see below for further information. We have made every effort to photograph items clearly in order to show their true colours and size, however, as the actual colour you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee your display will accurately reflect the colour of the item. If you require measurements please contact me. This item is not a toy.

An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of your order and this will give you the date it has been processed and a date it will be posted. Items that are being made to your personal specifications will normally be processed within 7 working days, dependent on what you have ordered. 

If you require an item to be posted outside the UK please contact by e-mail for postage costs before completing payment for your order.

Returns/refund policy

We hope you will be very happy with your order.  However, if the item you receive is damaged, or not what you ordered, please tell us straight away. We can then arrange a replacement or refund.  

If the item is undamaged and you are requesting a refund, please send it back to us in its original condition so that it can be re-sold.  We will not be able to refund for goods not received by us.  If we have made a mistake or the item is faulty we will pay the return postage so please keep your postage receipt for reference and contact us in advance. Postage cannot be refunded in any other circumstances.

If any part of the order has been damaged in transit, you can request a refund but we will pursue a claim through Royal Mail or the courier on your behalf. As we have to give them details of any loss or damage, they will contact you to verify this. Any goods which are the subject of a damage claim should be kept by you until the matter is resolved as they may need to be produced as evidence to substantiate any claim. 

We are bound by Royal Mail regulations in that a parcel is not considered lost until 15 working days have passed.  If you have checked with your local post office and they do not have a record of it, please contact us by email. We will submit a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf, and submit all necessary paperwork to aid in the processing of your claim. If Royal Mail agrees to pay compensation, we will then pass this payment on to you, via the method of payment you originally made. If your order does arrive after you have submitted the claim, please contact us immediately so that we can cancel the claim with Royal Mail.

Items that have been specifically personalised to your requirements are not covered under the returns/refund policy unless damaged or faulty. Damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect orders should be reported at your earliest convenience to discuss refunds and replacements.

Personal data will only be used to provide you with the service you have requested. Data will not be stored for any longer than necessary. Information you have provided will not be passed on to any third party or "appear" on any mailing list. Your online payment will be taken 'off site' within the Paypal system and therefore no financial information will be collected by us.

How do we protect your information?
